RACE TECH : That is your fuel pump relay. Switch the 2 relays out and see if your getting power now. Could also be a ground issue. Check your battery voltage and connections. It should pressurize the fuel system on the first turn of the key to on. From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system.
